It's plenty big enough for everything you need, has tons of pockets inside and on the outside too. Includes a changing pad as well. My little girl is only a month old, but I have it crammed with everything I think she'll ever need on our outings. I even use one of the outside pockets (that you can see in the picture) to put my stuff (keys, wallet, phone, chapstick, etc.) so that I don't have to carry a separate purse. It's big, but not too big; I'm small (5'3" 120 lbs and it's not awkward to carry, even as full as I have it). The shoulder strap is easy to adjust too. The material cleans up really easily, so far just water has worked. There are two "bottle" pockets on either end of the bag on the outside, but I find them too small for really any bottles. We use the Dr. Brown's wide mouth bottles and they don't fit. You could probably get a 20 oz. water bottle in there, but it'd be hard to get in and out...same thing with a pop bottle. It's...
